“This class will explore regional Indian cuisine and will be based on Thom’s experiences of living and traveling in India. The focus will be on both the differences and similarities in regional cuisines and the historical and geographical influences that created them. The class will conclude with the consumption of the meal that has been prepared. Thom will also match wine to the various dishes. Limited to 10 participants.”
